Our Prayer Shawl Ministry is nearing its first
anniversary. With your help and the work of several
committed volunteers, we have made 45 prayer
shawls, 11 baby blankets as baptismal gifts, as well as
53 scarves and 41 hats donated to Catholic Charities
for distribution at one of their soup kitchens. This was
made possible by the dedication and commitment of
nearly 15 women in the parish, and you as
parishioners who have given us yarn as well as cash
donations to help our work. Together we are touching
lives and hearts in God's name. Thank you all for a
great first year!

The group meets the First Friday of each month
during the school year, at 1:00 p.m. in Father
Schneider Hall.
